Beijing Customs will strengthen security, promote growth, and optimize experience. This year's "June 18" e-commerce will greatly promote customs clearance faster

In recent days, the voices of people, machines and broadcasts in the cross-border e-commerce supervision Library in the Tianzhu comprehensive insurance zone have been heard everywhere. With the beep of the code scanning gun and the broadcast of "release" on the sorting line, parcels were loaded into cars in an orderly manner and transported to the hands of eager consumers. Since the "June 18" promotion this year, Beijing Customs has inspected and released more than 500000 cross-border e-commerce import lists, with an amount of about 170million yuan. While ensuring the rapid customs clearance of goods, Beijing customs also actively opened up "blocking points" and "difficulties" for cross-border e-commerce and express delivery enterprises, helping enterprises stabilize orders and promote the stability and quality improvement of foreign trade.

In order to enable domestic consumers to receive the desired goods purchased during the "June 18" period as soon as possible, as early as late May, Tianzhu customs made plans in advance, took the initiative to contact e-commerce, warehousing and logistics enterprises to understand the enterprise's stock quantity, sales peak, promotion arrangements, customs clearance needs, etc., provided precise assistance to 26 cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the park, formulated emergency security plans, and arranged special personnel to be on duty to ensure smooth customs clearance during the promotion period. With these measures, cross-border commodities in the Tianzhu comprehensive insurance zone can be transported to and from the warehouse on the same day and ordered out of the zone on the same day. On the first day of the promotion, Tianzhu customs checked and released more than 40000 tickets on the list of cross-border e-commerce, a year-on-year increase of more than 4 times.
